She attended the Sober Girls Yoga Bali Retreat in January 2023 and she loved it so much that she came back for the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with me in Bali in May of 2023! Lauren will be an assistant on the upcoming 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with the Mindful Life Practice in July of 2024, and also will be a guest on the India retreat. (A Retreat Superstar?
