This is counter to the "Diet Culture" or our culture in general because we constantly get messaging around quitting this or that, removing an food group from your diet or restricting. That is NOT my way of looking at things.

In this episode we talk about things you can add to your life that are accessible to anyone. You don't need fancy equipment or a gym membership, nor am I sharing things that you have to buy at a specialty grocery store.
Adding these things to your life will enhance your health & wellbeing.
