Water is the carrier of life force, and your body is composed of mostly water in a structured fluid state. The water within you is alive!

When inundated in modern manmade physical structures, water can become stagnant and murky. When immersed in the ego-based culture, it can become infused with vibrations that disconnect it from the resonance of the natural world and the spiritual realms.

In these states, life force is depleted and our whole system loses its immune functions and takes on disease.

But the water has intelligence and the life force can be restored. We must use our intention to connect with the higher realms of consciousness and the basic rhythms of the natural world to restore life force and return to health.

This is the focus and practice of this week’s Meditation & Healing Circle. We use some of the Divine Names to invoke the life force from the higher realms, the Divine Powers, to rejuvenate the life and flow of the water within our bodies.

• Al-Muhyi: the Giver of Life
• Al-Mumit: the Giver of Death
• Al-Hayy: the One Who Lives Forever
