You've probably heard of the theory: "When you heal an ancestral pattern, you heal seven generations back and seven generations forward." Well, I was talking to someone the other day who said, "It bothers me to heal for the ones who hurt me." I so get that. When you're angry at someone for the pain they caused you, why would you want to do them any favors?

However, there is another way to look at this, and it's based on the intergenerational life cycle of the monarch butterfly. We have so much to learn from the mysteries of this incredible specimen of nature.
