How can we improve health and well-being of LGBTQI and nonbinary individuals? The straightforward answer is through education and conversation. Today, we chat with Shane Whalley licensed master of social work and lifelong social justice educator. Shane and I discuss how lived experiences as an elder genderqueer person motivates zir to facilitate workshops on issues faced by LGBTQIA communities at the University of Texas and the greater Austin area.
