The nutrition world can be so confusing, don’t you agree? A new protein powder, immune boosting pill, brain health or other dietary supplement seems to appear on the market every day, and they are ALL being promoted as necessary for wellness. You see adverts everywhere – on social media, in the midst of YouTube videos, on websites, and through TV commercials.
