Creating.. setting.. sustaining Boundaries is my personal work in progress. Because it has been my mission to practice owning my own has been life changing.
There is a way to begin saying Yes to what you need. It starts with action. This episode will ask the important questions and if you are ready to be honest with yourself then there is a way to make bigger changes for yourself that you ever dreamed of. That is the power of having boundaries.
When you create specific and clear space for that is designated just you.. possibilities that felt intangible can become your reality.
You can still be a giving person without having to succumb to whatever anyone asks of you. Sometimes creating boundaries isn't always about another person. This episode will share another way you may be stuck giving mindless and unfocused energy to an object that can be holding you back.
This is an ongoing conversation and infinite discoveries.
Listen in to understand what it means to turn unconscious living to conscious living to thrive!
