Chantelle Jennison is a Master Practitioner of NLP, a Practitioner of Time Line and a Hypnotherapist. She is also a Reiki Practitioner, helping riders get more enjoyment from their horses by conquering fears and establishing a genuine bond with their equines.
Today, however, Chantelle is welcomed back onto the podcast as 'The Sober Equestrian' (her Instagram handle). This frank and open chat is about being candid and being sober. We chat about how alcohol affects us and impacts our relationship with our horses.
