Bianca Walkden is one of Britain’s most successful sports stars. The 29-year-old is a triple world champion in Taekwondo and has an Olympic bronze medal from Rio 2016.
All of her major successes have come after not one, but two ACL ruptures. Bianca discusses how those injuries have made her stronger and how she hopes to win gold at the Tokyo Olympic Games.
Plus, we hear about one of the best and worst days of her life, her perfect Taekwondo family and the tasty Italian business that she runs in her hometown of Liverpool.
