In this episode we discuss the difficulty that we experience in wanting to follow our natural feminine or masculine energy, but resist it because of the shame we have received in our lives. Whether that is not letting a man open the door for you because you can do it all by yourself or you can't be vulnerable in front of a woman because what kind of man are you - it's like we're doomed either way as fulfilling or not fulfilling the stereotype.
