Christina and Jimmy Perry had successful careers in finance. There was just one problem, they were not happy. So, they decided to follow their dream of opening a fitness center. They quit their jobs and put everything they had into renovating an old supermarket in the beach town of Brigantine, New Jersey. Lifelong athletes and fitness enthusiasts, they turned their passion into a reality. They opened a functional fitness center in Brigantine focused on resistance training, CrossFit, and community. We talk about taking that leap, why fitness is so important in our lives, the benefits of weight training, and how they are juggling a new business with two small kids.
