HWYRT is back from its summer hiatus and Bryan and Peter have hit the ground running, quite literally. They met up with the Road To Wellness crew for a training run at The Dimock Center in Roxbury, Massachusetts a few weeks ago, in preparation for the upcoming seventh running of the Road to Wellness 5K on Saturday, September 11th. https://www.roadtowellness5k.comThe race is a partnership between the Dimock Center, HoodFit, and the BAA to help inspire community members to get excited and involved in health and wellness.

In this episode the guys interview:

  • Thaddeus Miles, Founder of HoodFit
  • Gael Henville and Yvel Joseph, Road To Wellness Coaches
  • Raquel Rosenblatt, Chief Development Officer The Dimock Center
  • Nicole Jackson Leslie, Road To Wellness Planning Committee Member (and super HWYRTian!)

Please consider making a monetary donation to help The Dimock Center continue its mission “to heal and uplift individuals and families in Roxbury and surrounding areas.”
