Our guest this week is Sarah Fish. In this episode, we discuss how women are not meant to constantly go, go, go, and how the switching between our titles of employee and mom leaves little opportunity for us to just be ourselves. We can often fast track ourselves to burnout without realizing we're heading in that direction unless we purposefully carve out that space and time to just be us. Taking time for ourselves, seeking joy in each day, practicing mindfulness, and truly examining what we're doing and how it's actually serving us are imperative in striking a balance between all of the titles we uphold.

Sarah is a stress and anxiety specialist, using hypnotherapy and life coaching to help overwhelmed women take control from the inside out. She runs online group programs for stress management and 1-1 packages for anxiety and habits. Beat Overwhelm, Find Calm is her Facebook Group for women with high pressure lifestyles.
