In a world where women are still struggling to make advancement in various fields, our special guest on this episode chose to challenge the status quo and she is one of the few female commercial pilots in the world. Sadly women in this particular field account for less than 10% .
Banke Olayiwola is an FAA certified Airline Transport Pilot and Multi-Engine Instrument rated commercial Airline Pilot.
She is also the first African female pilot to fly the 747 dreamlifter.
