In this episode, I invite my good friend, Kristie Hanke on the podcast to share our parenting experiences pre and post- Human Design and how we use it to parent our children and stop the patterns that were passed down to us.
Kristie has over 20 years as a pediatric speech therapist and 16+ years of being a mom to twins. She's passionate about helping other families feel connected and confident with their children while honoring their internal knowing.
We dive into:

• Having compassion for ourselves and our children
• Giving ourselves permission to feel anger as well as teaching our children safe ways to express their anger
• Grounding exercises in order to come back online after we have flipped our lids
• Non-verbal vs. verbal communication and how we can tune into our own sacral as well as our children's (if they are Generators or Manifesting Generators)
• The importance of presence with our children and how it is such a gift.
