We have finally reached the point in where you put all previous 11 episodes into Action. This is a 4 step process with each step being outlined in detail.
"The four-step plan is based around cognitive science, specifically the principle that lasting behaviour change happens in four stages:
1. Raised Awareness - making subconscious conscious and turning off your autopilot
2. Action Board - to design your vision for the future
3. Focused Attention - Turning your imagined future into reality requires action.
4. Deliberate practice - repetition is the crucial final step
This episode is all about the first step, Raised Awareness and Switching of the programming or autopilot that does not serve your needs and is holding you back from moving forward towards your goals.
