Whenever you start a health & fitness journey, you are often driven by a motivating reason. However, how do you consistently use motivation to keep you on the right track when the novelty or importance of your initial motivator is a distant memory?
In today’s podcast, I will speak about two different types of motivation, and how you can use both of them to kickstart your goals… and stick to them!
Through feedback from many men who start our FF30X program every month, we have been able to identify a commonality between all of those who are successful. It is by the relentlessly consistent use of these two types of motivation.
