First Lady of Marshall University Football, Jessica Kern Huff, joins Glenn on the Field to discuss the mindset, behaviors, and habits of champion-minded athletes and teams. A former DI & DII woman’s collegiate basketball coach, Jessica shares what it takes to be champion minded and how athletes can program their mental ability to achieve success both on- and off-the-field or court. She reveals how developing a winning attitude will eliminate doubt and fear and drive good athletes to become great ones. Jessica also reflects how her fierce competitive spirit and mindset led her to be an 11x multi-sport High School champion, a 3x Big 10 All-Conference track star at Penn State and a standout woman’s professional basketball player.
