• Boundaries: Implementing boundaries can prove difficult due to upbringing, Culture, fear of rejection, conflict, people pleasing, unaware of how to articulate needs, struggle with guilt, or feels confrontational, especially if someone neglects their own needs to maintain peace in relationships.
