Hey, bestie! Liz is back for Part 2 of 3 in the Human Design series. Today, we are going to get into the 'shapes,' aka Energy Centers. Human Design is complex, so be sure you've listened to Part 1 and how to figure out your own.

About Liz:
Liz Jensen is a California born homeschooled church kid turned spiritual gypsy. She has a degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication. Liz has been a nanny, missionary, Bible teacher, personal trainer, bodybuilder, PE teacher, restaurant server, retail worker, Amazon delivery driver, and currently teaches as a Special Education teacher as well as do Human Design readings and coaching.
Her big three are Taurus Sun, Taurus moon, Scorpio rising, she is a 3/5 Self Projector.
Liz became passionate about Human Design after looking into it on her own and started reading charts for her friends. Every single person she read for, resonated with their design and was able to use it for personal and relational growth.
