As we train we have to develop new goals. Why? Because as our cycling fitness improves, we need new goals that are appropriate for our new levels of fitness. As our goals change we find that we also need to develop new skills and disciplines to help us reach those goals. Join Nick, Dr. Les Hardin and USA Cycling Coach Leah Hardin as we discuss different types of goals and disciplines for different levels of cyclists.
