You don't want to hear this, but you have to. You have to learn to accept where you are right now. It might suck. Most of the time it does, but it's essential for your growth if you accept it. Once you accept you can move forward. If you don't you will stay in the cycle of anger, frustration, depression and all of the other stuff you are dealing with.

Acceptance is the first step towards a better life.
