What Are You Anticipating for the New Year?

Happy New Year! This week we’re diving into a question from one of my clients:
"Is it possible to feel the Sunday Scaries in regards to an entire year?"
And I think the answer is yes, especially if you're anticipating change in the future. But you don’t have to stay stuck there.
Here are some ways to check in with yourself:
- Acknowledge how you’re feeling.
- Give it a story.
- Ask if it makes sense and if it’s helpful.
- Create space for yourself to feel those emotions with compassion.
