Despite a life-changing tragedy in 2017, she emerged stronger, creating the Munroe Walk Workshop Heels Class in 2019 to empower women. Expanding her vision, Crystal launched the High Heels & Tea Podcast in 2020, evolving into a publication that connects entrepreneurs globally.
