- Learn a new word: Psycroscope = Device used for seeing the truly amazing person you really are under all of the environmental conditioning and negative beliefs. (Yes I made it up👍)
- Every challenge in your life is because there’s something you don’t know, something you aren’t doing or something you ‘are’ doing that you shouldn’t be doing.
- When you create a version of you that aligns with who you truly and you continue to evolve it, all of the problems and challenges the old you was creating will dissolve away.
- You can be as free as you choose to be. What labels have you chosen or been given, that you believed to be true that really no longer serve you in any positive ways?
- What are you willing to give up in order to have the life and the things that you truly want? Because if you want to make space for something new, something old has to go. To say yes to this new thing there’s something else that you’ll have to say ‘no’ to.
- What are you choosing? Laziness or Great work. TV or Exercise. Being a victim or Feeling empowered. These are all choices that you can make in any moment and the results of which ones you choose, will have a dramatic effect on how happy you are and how much meaning and purpose, you experience in your life.
