In this episode, I have a conversation with Dr. Eric Schleifer, therapist in the Southern Connecticut area. We discuss his perspective as a therapist by breaking down the counseling process for patients.
I ask him questions about the guidelines of taking on a new client, the reason so many people are opposed to therapy, his view on the diagnosis process, and how he handles his work life balance considering some of the conversations he has at work can be difficult.
