Donny shares his experience from coaching elite athletes through to corporate coaching, and we dig into what having a grit mindset actually means, and the detail around how you too can approach this and start to develop a grit mindset of your own, whether it is talking about your personal goals or exercise goals. The bottom line is to start something, be smart and stick with it, get the job done.
