In this episode, we talk with Eric Uresk. Eric has lived many lives, formerly a homeless drug addict who grew past his criminal life and moved into the martial arts. Eric is a black belt in jiu jitsu and judo, spent over a decade as a professional fighter, is the former head coach at Phuket Top Team, and co-head coach at Tiger Muay Thai. He's worked with athletes ranging from professional UFC fighters, One Championship fighters, Jocko Willink, Dominic Cruz, and more. Nowadays, he coaches high performers through work-life imbalance, facing risk, relationships, communication, healing, growth, mindset, high performance, and more.
