She is Head of Creative at Hot Octopus, a sex toy company that celebrates diversity and works tirelessly to bring down stigmas around all forms of consensual sexual expression. Kelly is also a loving mom of two kids, a wife, a podcast host, and Co-Founder and People Director of With Not For, a recruitment solution to find paid employment options for people with disabilities.

Kelly is a wheelchair user and an outspoken advocate for people with disabilities to claim their rights to pleasure in sex life. We delve into Kelly's journey of discovering herself as a sexual being, how she dealt with her disability around sex as an early teen and as an adult, her multiple projects and her commitment to tear down the taboos around sex and disability..
