It's been a minute...or 3 years. But better late than never. I'm so excited to be back podcasting with a refreshed outlook on how I'm going to build You Run Like A Girl. In this episode, I talk about what made me stop podcasting, share a few other life updates, discuss some of my favourite sports stories from the world of women's sports, and talk about what's next.
