With so many projects, activities and events on our calendars...it's hard to find time for ourselves. In today's episode, I'm diving into the number one thing you need in order to create a highly effective routine. But I'll warn you...it's not what you think.
I'm a firm believer that progress is better than perfection, and living in the grey is better than black and white thinking. It's why I believe in blending over balancing.
