Dr. Pedersen has experience working with individuals and teams to manage change, transition, growth, loss, work-life balance, and other challenges in order to achieve their full potential. She provides coaching and training on a variety of topics, including the Enneagram, through her consulting company - Clarity Collective.

Dr. Pedersen is a certified Enneagram instructor and Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach. She also has a B.A. in Psychology from Claremont McKenna, an M.A. in Counseling and Guidance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
