What do you drink to match arguably the greatest Rock and Roll album of all time? Join us and find out, as we discuss London Calling. With this album that defies classification, the Clash gambled on a change of indirection and in doing so, created a revolution in British music.

Christian decides on a $45 bottle of 2016 Reserve Cabernet Malbec from John Kosovich, a local wine maker in the Swan Valley, Western Australia. David brings a ‘Spanish Bomb’ or a Spicy Margarita cocktail. This drink was inspired by the ‘Mid-Winter Marg’ from a book called “Shake” A new perspective on cocktails by Eric Plum & Josh Williams.
Recipe: 1 ½ shots 100% pure Agave Reposado Tequila, ½ shot of Cointreau or Grand Marnier, ½ shot of fresh lime juice, ½ shot of lime infused sugar syrup, a few slices of pickled jalapenos. Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker and serve over ice in a rocks glass with the rim coated in chili salt and a slice of fresh lime.
