Even though your skin, hair and nails are part of the same system, they are different on different parts of your body. The skin on your palms is different than the skin on your elbows. There's so much to cover that I am breaking it up into different parts. In this episode, I'll share recipes for shampoo, conditioner and massage oil for the scalp. I'll also go over the most useful essential oils and carrier oils for the hair on your head.
