Tami earned a master's degree in live food vegan nutrition and has since studied with some of the world's best integrative MDs. She now teaches others the wisdom of food as medicine. She has spent three decades eating organic and has recovered from severe illness with Crohn's and colitis. Tami loves long barefoot walks in the woods and cold plunges. She lives with her dog, Omni, and also shares her log country home near Edmonton, AB with her partner, Paul, and many friends, family, grandchildren, retreat participants, yogis, foodies, and plants and sprouts. She is the author of several gooks including the upcoming Grief mapping, inspired by her own creative struggles with the environmental and spiritual challenges posed by our present time.
