Our world needs changing. No question. But we don't have to get caught in the big picture, wondering how we'll solve every problem all at once. With awareness of what we want to change comes new ideas about the solutions to every problem, and each of us has a role to play. With a willingness to admit that we aren't where we want to be and a commitment to finding alternatives, we can outgrow this phase of difficulty and get closer to the world we know is possible. We can see every problem as an opportunity. We can collaborate and communicate and build communities who grow together in the face of our challenges.
