When Emma Finucane walked into the Watts Occurring Femmes studio yesterday, the team had to bow down at her feet. She's now an MBE!

Manon Lloyd got the inside scoop on what it's like to receive such an honour from Princess Anne. She also told Emma about her own recent brush with cycling royalty - when she interviewed G at the end of the Tour!

The girls also dig into the Tour de France Femmes and Pauline Ferrand Prevot's remarkable victory for France, before taking on a whole load of listener questions. And yes, that's where Emma revealed she once cried while at 1,000 watts. You need to stick around for that.
