In this conversation, Marcus Ashcraft and I emphasize the importance of sharing what your skills are with others, in hopes that it inspires and transforms someone else's life. We highlight key points on bullying, self-defense, and improving the value of oneself to benefit others around you. We encourage the youth to join some activity to release stress or learn a skill to stay out of trouble. I expressed admiration that Marcus made a career out of something he did to defend himself and others as kid. Marcus explains where jiu-jitsu and MMA currently is and tracking to be in the future. Lastly, we explain that with consistency and determination, you can make a living doing what you love.
