It's that time again for our weekly Monday "'meeting of the minds" where we prepare ourselves for the week ahead with great faith and anticipation. This is where we grab our calendars and create a flow and we commit to STOP OVER-committing ... tonight we look at a very common saying ... #StayInYourLane has been a phrase heard in all types of circumstances. Is this simply suggesting that your focus on YOUR area of expertise and allow others to do the same? Is this saying not to let people intimidate you and "know your role" and be confident in it ?? Or is this a way to constrain, to limit, to control others? Who even created these lanes ??
