Hey friend,
Well…. in all honesty, I didn’t feel like recording this podcast episode today. I love love love sitting down in front of the mic but I think it’s all settling in after such a wild and fun few months in life and business.
We just got home from a weekend away for our son’s hockey tournament, lots of driving, not a lot of sleep, two big milestone birthdays for some friends and then taking on a new week.
All this to say, there is a core value that I try to hold myself accountable to and I think it has great value.
So today’s Monday Pep-Talk is a bit of a check-in. Do you do what you say you are going to do? And if not, why?
A few ideas on why this really could shift things for you – when taken seriously.
