Henry Shires is the joint founder of Tarptent - an ultralight tent company based out of Nevada City California. A tinkerer by nature, when the world didn’t provide the ultralight gear Henry wanted, he just bought a sewing machine and made it himself. Little did he know this would be the beginning of an almost 25 year business…
