Have you ever felt stuck in your fitness journey? Wondering why you're not seeing results despite all your hard work? Feel like you should be seeing changes faster than you are? Well... in this episode I am going to change the way you think about plateaus! Instead of seeing them as a frustrating roadblock, I am here to help you embrace them as an essential part of your progress. Remember, consistency is key, and your body needs a break sometimes to focus on other jobs besides shedding fat and gaining muscle.
Patience will be your best friend in this journey of changing your body as you learn to eat more, lift heavier, and accept that hitting a plateau is part of this journey. Celebrate every little win, set realistic goals, and remember to ask yourself the right questions to stay on track.
Thinking about a plateau in a new way will be beneficial to you in so many ways. It helps me to be able to stick with my habits even when I feel like I am stuck. I know I will come out on the other side happier than if I would have given up and quit.
