Tracey Taylor is one of the most remarkable women I know. As a single Mom she raised four extraordinary daughters, helps children as a Speech Pathologist, has helped others with their fitness goals as a personal trainer for 30 years and since 2017 she's the woman behind The Blend. The Blend is a food truck that fills the space we need in health and wellness, offering protein bars and shakes (all named by her daughters) and can be found all over Buffalo at tournaments, races, expos and more.
