In primal times, men guided and supported by the elders of the tribe were lead through various rites of passage. These rites of passage honoured the masculine from boyhood into manhood, honouring each process, accepting and understanding the internal shifts within self. This discussion centres on what it means to honour the masculine in this day and age.
Brendon is an intuitive wellbeing coach focused on supporting people to create less stress and more ease with maintaining their wellbeing. For the last few years he has been working in the men’s mental health space through his partnership with men’s activewear brand WPN. He’s an avid student and teacher of movement and mobility modalities with the approach to training for longevity and optimising peak performance.
