Natalie founded Colleague Box with her husband during the pandemic and today we explore what that journey was like, getting thrown in at the deep end in the world of business and learning how to swim quickly!

They've created affordable, high quality, exciting, personalised, customisable gift boxes for companies to send to colleagues to help drive their employee engagement, retention, relocations, support employee wellbeing, stay connected during too many lockdowns to name, and to ultimately spread joy and put smiles on people’s faces.

And the orders keep coming. Not just for colleagues either. Other uses include recruitment drives, marketing campaigns, conferences, events, rebranding reveals, awards nights and much more.”
