Sometimes we may feel doubtful and insecure about our abilities and worth, which may cause the need for validation from others. It is okay and normal for other people to validate us sometimes but we can not rely on external sources to validate who we are, how we feel, and what we believe in.
In this episode, I talked about how to validate yourself and ways you can practice self-validation.
