In this episode I explore the importance of leverage and how it can help you work less and earn more in your business.
After going through the challenge of having 50% of my agency business disappear overnight due to the COVID lockdowns, and the feast and famine of project work, I'm now focused on transitioning my business to have more assets that I can leverage. I'd been aware of what leverage was for a while but it's only in the second half of 2023 that I made the decision to really invest in building my business in a way where my time investment was heavily weighted towards creating assets that I could re-use and have multiple clients or customers use at the same time.
During this episode I outline 5 different business models, how much leverage they provide, and how you can use them if you are just starting to create your own project or business.
I also talk about how the creation of assets, tools and resources can help free up your time if you have an existing business so you can get more done in less time.
