Christina Lazaros, 28, is representing The Netherlands at this year’s Miss International pageant. She currently lives near Utrecht but spent many years in the city of Groningen, where she has been organizing her own pageant, Miss Beauty of Groningen, for the past four years. This pageant is part of The Netherlands’ biggest national pageant, Miss Beauty of the Netherlands, which holds multiple licenses, including Miss International, Miss Universe, Miss Earth, Miss Teen International, Miss Global, Miss Intercontinental, Miss Asia Pacific International, Miss Eco Teen International, and Miss Teen Universe. Each year, through Miss Beauty of Groningen, she selects candidates for Miss Universe Netherlands, Miss Earth Netherlands, and Miss Teen International Netherlands. Alongside her work in pageantry, Christina runs two other businesses: she works as a social media manager, maintaining social media pages for various companies, and she trains Dutch pageant contestants in Q&A to prepare them for their competitions. Additionally, she works for the Dutch Ministry of Justice as a legal assessor. With her combination of beauty, brains, and business experience, she is confident that she can represent the Miss International title well. Christina studied Law at the University of Groningen and now juggles her full-time role at the Ministry with her three businesses, enjoying the challenges of a busy schedule. She believes that hard work pays off, but also recognizes the importance of having opportunities to work and grow. She feels fortunate to have grown up in a supportive family and in a country where opportunities for self-development are abundant. Pageantry has been a significant part of her professional journey.
