Have you heard that fat is bad for you?
Have you heard that sugar is bad for you? However did you realise that there are both good and bad fats and good and bad sugars thus it is illogical to label them all the same?
The food industry, "experts" and supposed scientific "research" has created a confused society with noone really knowing what the truth is. It's time for people to know the truth and thus improve their health and wellbeing.
In this episode of The MindBodyHealth Podcast I speak about Why the fat is bad for you rhethoric does not tell the full story and truth Why the sugar is bad for you rhethoric does not tell the full story and truth Why it is important for you to consume both fat and sugar in your nutrition plan Why at the same time you must be aware of the overall impact of calories whatever source they are coming from
and I discuss in detail the truth about fat and it's sources and the same with sugar and it's sources so that you are clear on the distinction between good and bad fats and good and bad sugars. However remember knowledge is not power. The implementation of knowledge is power so don't waste this valuable information I am sharing on this podcast episode. My goal, as always, is to clear up the confusion and destroy myths and lies and share the truth in a way that makes sense and is easy to understand so that you can apply in your life.
