As Canadians, we're often found to be proud of our country, our accomplishments (medicinal, technological and more), and our governmental progress on topics like trade and law. But when it comes to food - something else we're very passionate about - it seems we don't know as much as we thought. Or, at least, our hosts don't. A weird observation, considering we consume so much of it. So what exactly is "Canadian" cuisine?
